 Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, with room for 5 people. The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite shower room, with WC and wash basin. The second bedroom has twin single beds and the smaller of the bedrooms has 1 single bed. There is also a large family bathroom.

Downstairs the spacious lounge has seating for 6 people. There is a flat screen TV with Sky, and a DVD player. There is also wireless internet, for anyone wishing to bring their lap top.

The kitchen / diner is well equipped as you would expect in luxury accommodation, including a dish washer, microwave, fridge, freezer and fan oven.

At the back of the cottage is a large hall area, with a utility room and cloakroom leading off.

Outside there is a small enclosed garden, with a decked area for BBQ's and sitting out. In the garden shed there are 2 adult mountain bikes which guests are welcome to use.

All electricity, heating and bed linen is included in the price.

We are really sorry, but we do not allow dogs.
