The Malt House 

The Malt House is just 3 miles (5mins drive) north of the capital of the Cotwolds - Cirencester. With chocolate-box houses and beautiful countryside surrounding honey coloured stone, this peaceful hamlet is as good as it gets.

Dating back over 400 years this property is steeped in history, set in a small cluster of similar houses with its own private drive and one acre of beautiful private gardens. There is accommodation for eight people plus two cots for babies. An ideal place for families and groups alike who enjoy a taste of country living, a walk to the pub and also located conveniently for exploring the area.

The grounds of the house are still home to a small flock of sheep and some chickens who are happy to provide guests with fresh eggs. 

There are wonderful walks to be had across the local fields and country lanes and the area is well known for its variety of gastro pubs where you'll be spoilt for choice. There is also Cirencester golf club on our doorstep. If it's towns you're after then you can't get much better than the old Roman town of Cirencester with beautiful boutiques and independent stores as well as a magificent parish church and a number of wonderful parks. Cheltenham is also just 20mins drive up the road. You won't be short of things to do with picturesque Bibury, Chipping Campden and the Slaughters all within easy reach.
