Availability, prices and booking

AVAILABILITY AND PRICES:

To check up-to-date prices and availability please go to either www.edencountryholidays.co.uk or www.golakes.co.uk and enter old mill barn in the search engine, and when our cottage is shown you can check the date required for prices and availability.  You need to say, in one of the drop down boxes, if you want to stay for a short break rather than a full week.

Please note that you cannot actually make a firm booking via any of the above sites.  You can, however, confirm you WISH to book for a certain date, and that will be e-mailed to us instantly, but it is only when we respond to you personally that a booking can actually take place.

As a general guide the prices for a week during the winter months of 2010 (ie Jan, Feb, March, Nov and early Dec) is £400, short break £300.  The prices build up to £850 in the English summer holidays (when no short breaks are available until a few weeks before) and £950 for Christmas week or £1050 for New Year.

We offer a 10% discount if 5 or fewer guests intend to stay in the Barn.  There is also a discount of £50 for those booking for a fortnight.  (Please mention these discounts when you contact us)

Once we have replied with confirmation that a date is available, and confirmed the price, a deposit becomes payable - £50 for a short break, £100 for most weeks, but £200 for summer holidays, Christmas and New Year. The balance is payable 6 weeks before the holiday start date.
