Roslyn Bed & Breakfast 

We offer visitors a warm welcome to our Victorian terraced home.  Our house is light and sunny with paintings, pottery and stained glass by local artists. We are situated in the Fiveways area, just above Preston Park and within easy reach of Brighton city centre.

We have a spacious double bedroom with tea and coffee making facilities.   Our prices are £65-£70 per night including continental breakfast.  Single occupancy is £45-£50. Full English is available at a small extra charge and breakfast is served in the lounge.

Usual arrival times are 4pm onwards and departure by 10.30am next day.  However, arrangements outside these times can be made prior to your visit.

The house is situated in a quiet residential area between Blakers Park and Preston Park and nearby Fiveways shops.  We are only five minutes by car to the city centre.  On street parking is free. 

 There are buses to the city centre every ten minutes or you can walk to the seafront in 20 minutes.  We are only a short taxi ride from both Brighton mainline station and Preston Park station with fast trains to London.  It is a five minute walk to London Road station with trains to the Universities at Falmer, and on to Lewes and Eastbourne. 

We are a no smoking house.  French spoken.
