Our Accommodation

Our guestroom is a double bedroom.  The bedroom is bright and spacious with tea and coffee making facilities.  There is a small table and chairs if you wish to have continental breakfast in your room rather than in the lounge.  We have a 4'6" Relyon pocket sprung Royal Collection luxury double bed with dust free filling and hypo-allergenic reflex foam mattress.  It is very peaceful so you are sure to have a good nights sleep.  Price: £65-£70 double, £45-£50 single.

We provide Brighton maps, leaflets and magazines on what's on and what to see and what to do if you are visiting Brighton for the first time. Broadband connection enables you to use your laptop in your room.

The small shared bathroom has a shower and bath and we provide soft towels and bathrobes as well as shampoo and soap.  A hairdryer is also provided.  If you need something pressed, we are happy to iron it for you.

We have a pretty walled patio garden where you can sit in the summer.
