We have teamed up with Atlantic Health and Spa in Cavendish to offer the exciting opportunity to have a spa break in the Suffolk Countryside.  Just get up in the morning have a wonderful breakfast and set out to the spa. The spa is three miles away and we will take you there and introduce you. All bookings are looked after by us and you don't have to worry about a thing.

Alternatively we also offer an all weather court bookable at £5.00 per hour (for spa packages customers only) or there is golf nearby in Clare, and fishing, archery and airgun practice in Foxearth.

Then at the end of your day you can dine in one of the many eateries nearby and spend the next day exploring the local area.
