Bed and Breakfast

B&B rates include a glorious full Suffolk breakfast with locally cured crispy bacon and free range eggs all cooked just as you like them. Alternatively a continental breakfast with warm buttery croissants homegrown/homemade greengage jam, a choice of teas and freshly brewed coffee and plenty more is on offer. 

Family Holidays

Children are welcome at School Barn Farm. Facilities available for young children are travel cot or ready bed in the twin room only. This is ensuite. We have childrens books, DVD,s and videos. There is a highchair and booster seat. Babysitting is available (CRB checked). There is play area in the garden and plenty of space to explore. The additional charge per child under 5 is £10.00 inclusive of breakfast. For older children, we offer sole use of both our rooms at a special rate. Please ask for further details.

Family Yurt Holidays

As an alternative to B&B why not try our yurt. This is luxury camping. Mums - everything is taken care of. We can still do breakfasts for you. Freshly prepared salads and BBQ packs (from the farm when possible) are available for dinner, a cabin provides charging for all electronics, fridges, and we provide all linen and full maid service to make for an easy life. The yurt sleeps 4, more if kids sleep on tradional camping beds. There is space for games. Across the field you will find a microbrewery, Nethergates, and Foxearth Leisure for Archery, Fishing and Shooting. Meanwhile the Spa is also available for Mum, as well as the restaurants and boutiques in Long Melford.

Dogs

Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. We have plenty of lovely walks and facilities for our four legged friends. Please note dogs are not to be left unsupervised and there is a surplus of £10 per night to cover the extra cleaning.  Dog sitting services are available. Please ask for further details. Please note because the yurt is near to the animals we will not be able to allow dogs in the yurt.

Reservations

Reservations must be secured with a non refundable deposit of £25.00

Checking in and out

Rooms are available from 4.00pm and must be vacated by 11.00am.

Payment

Payment is by cash or cheque only.

Cancellations

No cancellation fee is payable provided notice is more than 24 hours prior to the day of arrival. In the event of no show/cancellation the full amount may be charged.

Quiet Policy

After 7.30pm we ask that the snug is for adults use only.
