Sedgemoor Heights is a large townhouse  built for the rich industrialists of St. Austell circa 1826. The servants' quarters have been thoughtfully renovated to provide our guests with a comfortable stay whilst retaining many of the original features.

The central position of Sedgemoor Heights makes it a great base for touring Cornwall. The Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are only a 15 minute drive away, whilst the beautiful beaches and picturesque harbour villages of St. Austell Bay are also within easy reach.

If you are using public transport, the mail railway, bus and coach stations are onlt a 10 minute walk from us.

There are three rooms available, all en-suite, well equipped and comfortable. Freeview digital TVs, tea & coffee facilities, hairdryers and other little neccessities are available in all rooms.  All rooms are heated and can be adjusted by the guest to suit!

The guest wing is accessed by a separate entrance reached via our award winning courtyard.

Excellent, full English breakfasts, using quality local produce, are served in the spacious dining room. We can cater for special diets, just let us know beforehand.

Children are welcome and we can accommodate pets by prior arrangement.
