It is easy!

For Satellite Navigation users our postcode is IP13 6NY.  Our house is opposite the junction of Lower Street and Hall Farm Road.

For those without:

From London, Felixstowe and Colchester, head Northbound to A12 Woodbridge Bypass and turn left at the "Wyevale" roundabout on to Grundisburgh Road

From Southwold and Aldeburgh, head Southbound along the A12 Woodbridge Bypass, and turn right at the "Wyevale" roundabout on to Grundisburgh Road.

The "Wyevale" roundabout is the middle of 3 roundabouts on the A12 Woodbridge bypass, near to the Shell filling stations.

Leave the garden centre on your left, and after 1/2 mile, take the first fork left, signed towards Bealings and keep straight on, round the bend to the right, and then 1 mile into the village.

Just after the Great Bealings village sign, down the hill about 100 yards and take the first right hand entrance into The Granary, next to Great Bealings Hall.
