For all bookings, we require a deposit of 50% to confirm the booking. We will charge this to your credit or debit card. We will send you an email or letter confirming the booking and letting you know what the outstanding balance is. The balance is due on arrival.
If you cancel your booking more than 14 days before your arrival, we will refund your deposit, less a £5 handling charge.
Bookings are not transferable
Once you have booked your stay, our agreement is a legal contract and any deposit you have paid is non refundable if you cancel with less than 14 days notice. If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately. For this reason, you may wish to take out cancellation insurance as part of your holilday cover.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Your room must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure, to allow us to clean and prepare the room for our next guests.
New guests are asked to arrive after 4pm and before 9pm.
PETS
We love animals, and have a cat, a dog and several chickens. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to accommodate other pets.
BREAKAGES
Please take care of our accommodation. We will not normally charge for minor breakages, but significant damage will be invoiced for. Please tell us of any accident or spillage so that we can deal with it immediately.
LIABILITY
We do not accept liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or agents acting on our instruction.
